Gord first read about Haskaps in Alberta Report magazine about 10 years ago and just knew it was a type of farming he wanted to do. With the desire to plant in better soil, Gord and his family moved to Ardrossan where they planted an acre of Haskaps. His hunch was right!! Haskaps are bushes that thrive in our climate, yield great-tasting berries, and provide excellent health benefits.
